Cancellation Policy

We ask that clients only book appointments they know they can commit to and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to enable us to fill the space.

Cancellation, no show or rescheduled appointments between 24 - 48 hours notice will result in a 25% charge of the total service fee. This will be sent via a cancellation link.

Cancellation, no show or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee. This will be sent via a cancellation link.

Cancellation charges are at the managers discretion.

Deposits may be taken for future bookings when cancellations become a regular occurrence.

Hair Colour Guarantee

We would like your hair to maintain its colour and shine in-between your visits to the salon when receiving a colour service from us, however we cannot guarantee the longevity when using non-professional hair products. Please ask your stylist for your personal hair care plan.

Product Purchase Refunds

No refunds or exchanges will be given on Products purchased within the salon.

Clothing Protective Wear

Whilst we make every effort to ensure no accidental damage is made to Customer clothing and personal belongings, Beau Cheveux are not liable for any accidental damage that may occur. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure the protective clothing provided within the salon is used appropriately to ensure no accidental damage occurs.

Service Consultation 

At the start of every appointment your stylist or beautician will hold a consultation with you to discuss your requirements and offer any advice. 

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided you have up to 1 week after your appointment to contact the salon and we will try our best to work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may incur an additional charge at the Managers' discretion.

 

Student Discount

Students can get 15% off hair and beauty services on Wednesdays and Thursdays before 4pm with selected Stylists/Technicians. Students must show their student card to receive discount (terms and conditions apply)

Privacy Notice

Beau Cheveux Hair and Extensions Ltd process personal data relating to Customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. We process personal information to enable us to provide a beauty and hairdressing service; promote our services and goods, maintain our accounts and records and use CCTV systems for crime prevention. Personal data may also be processed when visiting this website .
